Quiet atmosphere, fantastic location next to the beach, shops and restaurants of The Mumbles and a cracking garden with views down to the sea.

I had pleasant time, would be happy to recommend.
Stayed there for 3 nights, liked it. The host was always available. Bathroom included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. I didn't want to say goodbye.

Welcoming place, liked being there. The owner made my stay very relaxing. Room was large, cosy and complete with an excellent shower, beautiful views and large windows. Staff provided coffee & tea makers, fridges, and an oven. The setting was fantastic and amazing. What's more, it was just next door to Oystermouth/the Mumbles and the sea front, and the sea front.

I appreciated fairly friendly employees.
The location was perfect and nice, just next door to Mumbles shops and seafront as well as bars on the seafront. The room was a nice size with the gorgeous garden, large bed, large windows.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants of The Mumbles. The property is situated in a peaceful area. Caroline, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was great that hypoallergenic pillows were provided in advance.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and we liked that the flat was beautiful and comfortable. The living room had large windows with a stunning garden view, making it a perfect spot to relax. The property was spacious and had good facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen. the location was convenient, with shops nearby and a lovely beach not too far away.
One of the drawbacks was that the host was not present during our stay. It felt a bit strange, especially since the annex was attached to the main house and there were guests over one of the nights.
